Preparing for Shipment

  • This means we’re currently processing and packing the goodies for you.
  • Orders will be processed at CST12:00 from Monday to Friday, and subsequent orders will be processed the next business day.
  • You'll receive an email in 24Hrs to let you know we received your order, please confirm your order information. When your order ships, we’ll send another email with tracking information.
  • In order to better serve our customers, we will fulfill the order according to the confirmation email information and deliver the goods within 1-3 business days.
  • If the information is incomplete and cannot be shipped/out of stock, we will contact you to replace the product. If the product cannot be replaced within 5 days, we will remove the product or cancel the order and refund.
  • If your order hasn't shipped yet, you can cancel it from your account. Go to Orders, click on the order you want to cancel, and click the "Cancel This Order" link. 

Shipped

  • Your order has left our warehouse.
  • If we have already processed your order, we may not be able to cancel it. We also accept returns within 30 days of purchase.
  • Please make sure that your address information in your order is complete and correct that would damage your benefit. We will not pay for any loss caused by incomplete/incorrect/unaccepted address etc.
  • We will inform you with delivery email notification

Delivered 

Your order has arrived! Orders are delivered 7 days a week before 10 p.m.

Returning Online Purchases

  • Shipping and product quality problems
  • Due to shipping and product defective quality problems, we will refund 100%. You should contact services within 7 days of delivery.
  • Return within 30 days of purchase
  • Our return policy is simple and worry-free: If you're not 100% unconditionally satisfied with you, you can return them within 30 days of purchase. 

Request return

If you would like to request a return or replacement, please contact customer service by email silvakiry4766@gmail.com , provide the order number, return and exchange card, and explain your reason. We would proceed your request in 2 business days

  • Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund a product.
  • Refunds will only be honored if during the initial fitting the product is determined to be a poor fit, function, and/or the product is affecting the health or healing of the patient.
  • Visual inspection may be required.The brace must be in resale condition to receive a refund. This means that the brace cannot have hair, wear, dirt, and/or no modifications can have been made to the brace. If the packaging is damaged there will be a 20% relisting fee deducted from that product's refund. After we receive the brace back, we will evaluate its condition and then issue a refund.
  • Return the product in its original packaging, you should send product back to xiahahacenter, contact to silvakiry4766@gmail.com to get returning address.
  • Please note that non-product quality problems or shipping damage. If the customer remorses the purchase and applies for a refund, each order will be non-refundable minus $8 shipping cost.

Special Situation

  • If you had special situation, please contact customer service by email, provide the order number, return or exchange card, and explain the reason for your return or exchange. 
  • At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return of the product. We would refund you Up to 50%of the value of the returned goods, shipping charges $8 included in the price are non-refundable.
